Peking Duck (in China)

I (Eric) was in China between this past Thanksgiving and Christmas. About the only two chinese dishes I know by name are sweet-n-sour pork and Peking Duck (now called Beijing Duck). While in China, Beijing specifically, I had the fortune of going to the best "Duck restaurant" in all of China. Of course we had the Peking duck-

They even give you a cerificate that shows you had the official Peking duck from the official Peking duck restaurant in China.
